Went for a hike today and really enjoyed it. Not so great on the food intake today and not totally sure I wrote everything down but I'm staying the course. Hope to see some success soon!
146.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
