Hi All. It has been quite a while since I have posted due to lack of motivation, etc. Way to many excuses!!
Anyway, have any of you heard of the Game On Diet? A small group of ladies and I started the challenge in our hometown and I was wondering if anyone has done it and had any advice as far as meals or snacks? Thanks in advance!

Need a Buddy!!
I weigh around 148 and would like to lose about 20. I also need a buddy especially for motivation. Not sure if we can relate but I'm ready to give it a go if you are willing. I just joined this sight about a week ago and trying to learn my way around. How do we go about budding up?
