It's getting away from me again. The holidays are tough to keep on track!! Would like to try to get refocused and stay task this year ~ and would like to reach my goal in 2014!! [/size][/size]

So yesterday I actually walk/run almost 7 miles and stayed consistent with my weight this morning. Today, I got up and went for a 3 mile walk/run but then I started to slide a bit. The afternoon, I have ended up procrastinating and not getting done with what I scheduled for the day. So Ate a bit to cover the emotions of not getting busy! Ate pretzels and fiber one brownie bars (2 of them). Not a well thought out day at all. Going to try to get refocused and busy with the duties I had promised I would do today for myself!

Day 2 of journal. Yesterday went okay for me as far as my diet went. I got on the scale this morning and back down a bit. That's a good sign. I'm not a hopeless case!! :) Although I don't want to change my history I'm not quite ready to put it on paper yet. Maybe later.
On to day 2 of being responsible to myself and my commitment. My friend took my kids strawberry picking this morning so I am alone for a few hours. Plan to get in a walk in a bit. Heading to doctor and pt today for another session. I really wish I was done with all of it and completely pain free.
Going to continue telling myself I am worth a healthy heating day again today. Seemed to work yesterday!! Wish me luck!! :)

Well. I dropped quite a bit on the game on diet and followed it closely however, I became injured with a upper back injury so was unable to exercise.
I got off the game and started eating again. Went shopping with my kids and was weak ~ bought junk food!! Lots of it. Ice cream, cookies, chips all the things that are my personal kryptonite!
I am back to drinking my water and will work on focusing on believing that I am worth the weight loss!! I will work on giving my self permission to have self control and enjoy healthy eating. Hopefully I can get back to the weight I was at 2 weeks ago and be responsible to maintain it!!
