Feeling pretty good so far. "keto flu" has been kind this time. This is no my first time getting into ketosis or moving towards fat adaption as some of you know and I feel like that makes a huge difference in how you feel restarting. I hope everyone has a great night! Would love to hear/ befriend fellow keto followers.
324.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 84.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm new to the keto "thing" so still learning. Pretty much just trying to eat clean. I recently quit smoking a little over a month ago and I put on a few lbs pretty fast. But I refuse to be that person that quits smoking and uses food as my void.

I'm new to keto as well. Signed up for FS just to track food, and quickly got pulled over to the dark side. ;-) No idea if I'm in ketosis yet, or how fat adaptation progresses, but FS is so far a lovely surprise of support for whatever food choices various people make for themselves at the time.

I am just over a week into the Keto diet but I have done Paleo before and had decent results and felt great, but found myself cheating more and more - bread is my downfall and I think I have gluten issues! I am hoping that following a Primal/Keto diet will be the trick in maintenance so I won't be gaining and losing over and over again.... one day at a time! PS: I bought the Smackfat Ketone test strips on Amazon - pretty cheap and they say I'm in Ketosis! Down 2.6 lbs this first week.
