This past week I got in a half mile or more walk on the treadmill on the following days:
Monday: 11 minutes Thursday: 20 minutes Friday: 15 minutes Sunday: 20 minutes
On the following days I had other forms of exercise:
Tuesday: Z-box for 45 minutes Wednesday: Boot Camp (Interval Training) for 60 minutes
The only day I didn't workout was on Saturday. I was running errands all day. I will try to fit something in next week. I feel really good that I was able to fit in working out 6 days out of 7. I can do this!!!!
