Oh Noes! I plattaueue! 233.4 for 3 days straight. lol

Yesterday I did not walk on the treadmill, too tired and wore out after work. Could not fathom it, plus there were distractions with a furniture delivery.

I had a funny feeling yesterday, like I was fat again. Strange, but I guess that is something else in my body. Maybe concern over the Chili's the other day.

For Dinner we made hamburger helper. I was surprised that it is only 300 cal a serving. It tasted great too, been a long time since I had processed food like that. My wife wont get it, but I needed to teach my son how men live like bachelors, lol. Its so easy to go home and break out of box of that. I think the processed food relies on peoples "creative laziness". They just dont want to think about what to create for dinner. My kids are really guilty of that. I suppose I should not encourage them.

Today I had my breakfast of cereal, and Mongolian BBQ for lunch. I did not eat very much.

A colleague of mine is catching the weight loss bug! Nice. Good to have someone around who cares instead of just wanting to eat at fern bars and order appetizers. lol

Tonight is a relax night, as it is my last day of work for the week. I will do the treadmill today. 30 mins at a minimum. And then do college classes.
233.4 lb Lost so far: 35.6 lb.    Still to go: 48.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i love mongolian BBQ! this is sooo great! we have a place here where you can eat mongolian BBQ "all you can eat" (in swiss we call it "à dicretion" (french)) and this is so great (not exactly when you count calories, but you know what i mean) :)

I LOOOOVE Mongolian BBQ - I am sure you enjoyed it, even if you didn't have too much. How great it is that you have a weight loss buddy at work - it makes it a lot easier when there is someone who can relate. I'm sure you can help motivating too.

Yes, They dont have really good food on the base I work at, and they have Mongolian BBQ seasonally on Thursday (It will end soon when its hot out). I can load up on fresh veggies, and meat. At least I know its real food, lol. Yes, Joelae, All you can eat is so bad, and seems so American. I remember in Charleston being disappointed because ALL the Chinese places are buffets, and the food quality is poor. Funny how I may make the same plate, but cannot eat it all.
