I feel really good about loosing the 2lbs bec i am trying to reach a personal goal by the end of this month and i am on my way. I have wonderful friends who encourage me to walk everyday.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
