Down quite a bit in a very short time. Below my initial goal, in fact! I am there, at long last.

163.6 lb Lost so far: 173.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hope so. I'm glad to see that I finally went under what I'd started to call the 164 barrier. Now if I can get my weight to stabilise at about 160 I'll be extremely happy.

It's astonishing to me. Yesterday, sad to say, I was being endoscoped and the anaesthetist looked at the copy of my ID picture and mentioned that I'd lost a bit of weight. "Yes," I said, "two hundred pounds." He expressed considerable surprise. Now I'm at roughly where I need to be. I'd like to take off just a couple of pounds more to give myself a little bit of wiggle room to allow for normal weight oscillation.
