Went to the doctor today for a recheck on my knee arthritis and I have lost weight! I am so happy that keeping track of what I eat seems to be helping me. No breakfast today, so I could have bloodwork done at doctor appt.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
