as soon as I got down close to my weight, I decided I could eat whatever as long as I continued to exercise, well I didn't continue to exercise so I gained the weight back all the way to 194 so I decided to make sure I exercised again and continually.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

One thing I have realized with years of dieting is the fact that you can never go back to eating the way you used to. That is why it's so important to find a plan that you can live with the rest of your life. Whatever you do to lose the weight, you have to keep doing do keep it off (but with more calories). Studies also show that the people who keep weight off are the ones who exercise regularly. So you know what to do. You can do it again, but for good this time.
