I am 30. I started out at 193 with the intention of losing at least 18 pounds. If I lose 18 and it seems to be going faily easy. I am going to try to post a before and after pictures up soon. I have lost 3.5 pounds so far. I am really not as goofy as I look in my picture, it just is the only one I could find that is recent that shows how big I have gotten.

I can't think of an exercise that is fun to do, but you could always do a burpee. This has been the most grueling exercise I have come across yet, but even though it sounds like nothing the cardio benefit from it is amazing. Not to mention, I read someone's estimation of the general calories burned by one and they said probably about 5 cal. to 1 burpee. Here is how to perform one:1. Stand straight up 2. Drop down to a pushup position. 3. Bring your feet back to a position to stand fast. 4. Jump as high in the air as you can. All of these steps should be performed smoothly. this one exercise can get your heartrate up so fast. For a harder workout, after you drop down to the pushup position, perform a pushup before jumping back up. Search out Ross Enamait and you can find more workout to do with little equipment and space
