Gotta keep up the activity. I'm eating very well except for a couple slip ups (birthday dinners etc.). Adding the 1 mile swim to my weekly rep. At least 2 times a week.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
