223.5 lb Lost so far: 34.5 lb.    Still to go: 58.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1556 kcal Fat: 49.51g | Prot: 150.04g | Carb: 136.60g.   Breakfast: dunkin donuts coffee with cream, High Protein Oatmeal with Blueberries, Chocolate Protein Powder, flax oil, banana, skim milk. Lunch: red potatoes, Boneless skinless chicken breasts. Dinner: salmon, broccoli. Snacks/Other: skittles, Egg whites, Egg. more...

Thanks :). It has slowed down a bit - not unexpected, but I had hoped to get a little more mileage out of the beginner's phase. At least it's still going in the right direction!!

Slow and steady is best.... Although it is hard :-). Just keep what you are doing (the good bits anyway :-))
