Woohoo 237! Finally feel like I am doing something again.

Took it easy yesterday on food, and I guess it showed. I meant to walk after work, but since I walked to and from lunch, about 1/2 mile each way, I didnt. My foot was a bit sore from wearing my running shoes all day. The scar gets irritated.

Work is still insane, lots of politics and drama from the install. Always happens. Should be used to it by now, but I am not. Next week is an inspection, which should go fine. After that it will be easy street again. I am looking forward to that. Wife will be gone, inspection over, and I will be able to chill! Which probably means drink a lot and eat a lot, but lets worry about that when it comes :-P!

School/Biology is almost over, tonight is last class this semester also, so again I will be free a few weeks! I am excited. Tonight is lab quiz only. My colleagues in class with me are taking it way to seriously, and that's OK for them. Everyone needs to work their own program.

/Cheers, JP

welcome back on track, JP! It's a good place to be, isn't it? It's amazing sometimes how little it takes to "feel back on track". I am feeling it these days, simply by sharpening my attention a little on the details of my food intake. I am treating myself to less baddies, and not snacking between meals at work - this has made a HUGE difference. Is it something of the same you're experiencing?

Down 1.2, nice!! But I would find something to keep you busy during your low stress time, or you will eat yourself back a few steps...don't make this easy for me, you are supposed to be my challenger. Later.

Thanks all, I will try and be cool while wifey is gone and I am left to my own devices. Our "journeys" aren't that commingled, it is just the freedom I will have that may make me mess up. IE, being able to go to the pub late, and not have to hear about it (And come home with KFC, or something, lol).
