Well Day 5 of my daily walk complete! Yay! After I complete the Self Challenge of at least one 20-30 minute walk every day for 21 days straight I think I will go back to my pedometer. But I want the habit firmly in place first. Luckily I actually KNOW where the pedometer is so it will not be a problem in 2 weeks when I need it :)!
260.0 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 85.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

way to go at makin a habit of walkin again..i kno how hard it is to get back into that habit..but once you get in that habit then you feel like somethings misin the day you dont go...lol..have a great day sim
