A good week, but little weight loss. Sunday was Jake's birthday. I gorged on Shelley's baked macaroni & cheese. So Good!!! Groin soreness kept me from the gym or surfing on Sunday. Good workout Saturday skateboarding. My quads are really feeling it.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
