Well, not the number I was hping for...but it did go down and not up...so who's complaining?
I have been so sick for 3 weeks, today is my second day with no fever so I think I am finally starting to really get better. Hard to follow my diet when I am sick like that. And there was no exercize.
This week I will work harder.
Happy Monday to all!!!
216.7 lb Lost so far: 13.3 lb.    Still to go: 66.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
