last week my diet was horrible and i only exercised a couple of days - i lost 4.8 lbs. this week my diet was right on, i exercised every day, and i did triple workouts yesterday and i only lost 0.2 ?!?
245.8 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 95.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Welcome to the wonderful world of weight loss! This happens to us all. It's most likely cause by upping your workouts. Your muscles retain water to help them heal and it can show on the scale as no loss, small loss or even a gain. It's temporary and will go away. Just keep going. Your doing great.

Crazy isn't it! I've learned the hard, slow way to not make it about the numbers on the scale. I haven't mastered that notion yet but I have been able to be more patient with myself when the weigh-in didn't go has expected. I like Suzi161's explination though. Makes sense to me. Course we are here doing what we're doing to see lower numbers on the scale but it's that whole marathon/sprint thing. We're doing the work, the scale will catch up. Keep the faith!
