Ups and downs
Back down to 180, but tonight I am taking the Directors on my team on a retreat, including dinner at the Cheesecake factory.
Monday I am having a front tooth transplant. Found out I needed it last week, and don't have time once my schedule gets back into full swing. No New Year's Eve for me, but that could be a good thing! :)
