Resumed some exercise this week after Dr. gave me the ok to resume normal activity. Went to gym Thursday & Friday. Tried surfing Sat but incision area is still too sore to lay on board.
222.3 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 32.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
