Honestly, I was hoping for a higher number, the way I've been working out at the gym. But, it's better than a gain! And, I'm pretty sure it would be more if it wasn't my TOM...
228.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
