Today I attended a spin class for the first time, very hard work.; but this is not for me. Maybe be because it is the first class but I do not think I can do this daily. I prefer walking / running and strength trianing.
It left me feeling week, whole body trembling but it was a good workout
Maybe sometime in the future but not now
186.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
