Yesterday sucked. My fatigue was so bad, I spent a lot of time crying. I went to the store for apples and realized my card was at home. It broke me. I sat in the car balling. Walked in the house bailing. I did go back to the store . Indulged in some brownie bites. Spent most of the day on the couch with my heating blanket. I did make a healthy dinner of pollock, brown rice and streamed veggies. Couldn't really do my workout aside From my speed cleaning in the morning, which I cut short. I felt like I had horrible knots in my back and shoulders that I wad trying to stretch out. I did manage to take a long over due shower. I am honestly amazed to see the scale drop this morning. But I weevil take it.
