Hallelujah!!! The stall has broken! I'm down another 3 pounds, which is the first drop in a few weeks. I knew, if I stayed focused, it would eventually begin to come off again. I made a couple of minor changes; switching back to green tea, in the morning, getting away from the ham steaks, I'd been eating with breakfast, and cutting back on the Ready to Drink Atkins and other protein shakes, opting for real food; hopefully that was the difference. Whatever it was, I'm glad I'm down another three pounds. :-)
325.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I don't know why, but the Atkins shakes, bars and candy is a killer for me. Love them, but they just stall me and/or cause other problems.

I agree with Horseshu1...while they fill a void, the sugar alcohols play havoc with weight loss. For some, they may work but for some, like me, they don't. Congrats on the loss...you are doing so well. Yay you!!!

Thanks for all of your support. Though I like the shakes, and they help to keep me from falling off the wagon, I'm in agreement with those of you who said that they play havoc with weight loss. I may not gain any weight through their use, but they don't help me to lose any either, and I hate stalls.

I call those things diet porn. It's just not real food and they do nothing to actually nourish you. An attractive distraction at best and a diet killer.

Make yourself a shake with real ingredients. Cottage cheese or GY for protein. A bit of cream makes it nice and choc with a few strawberries is my fav. I add some frozen okra or spinach for fiber. But you could add gluccomonan or benefiber.Look on line for lots of THM (trim healthy mama) shake recipes. They S category is Keto friendly and the E are higher carb but ok for a WW style diet. FP are low cal and low fat. Y
