Wow. After years of dieting and hardly any change, it's hard to believe I am actually starting to lose properly now! I followed someone's advice and started taking Magnesium supplements and it seems to be working. I just have to put up with going to the bathroom twice a day hahaha. I think I can handle that as long as I keep losing. I am also taking high potency Garcinia, but that wasn't really doing much except to reduce my appetite a little. I saw no loss on the scales from that alone. Now I am taking Super Bio Magnesium, Garcinia and a combination of Cod Liver Oil and Fish Oil in a soft capsule. Mostly I wanted to fight the inflammation that has been building in my body, so I did some research and got what I needed. Three years ago I was at 112kg. I dieted for two years (clean eating) and got to 105kg where I stayed for another year, seemingly stuck. The magnesium has managed to move things along now (literally) and I plan to continue with it. In the last week and a half I lost almost 2kg and I am so pleased with that.
