BF% 30.5 BMI 28.5 callas 2284 This week has been very d difficult. I thought I had over worked myself because my fatigue was bad. I started my hormones last Friday and my fatigue did improve for a few days. When out hit me again I felt frustrated that I was doing What I was supposed to and stool felt like my body was betraying me. The first few days I lose about a pound a day. Then it stared creeping back up no matter how hard I worked. by Tuesday I was so fatigued that during my elliptical workout I had to stop every few minutes to try and recharge my will power. I could not finish the 30 minutes. I gave myself the day off at that point. I papped myself on Wednesday with a trip to the gym to relax in the hour rub and sauna, but I just couldn't relax. I felt so stressed. Turns out our my have been my PMS symptoms. I started spotting yesterday. So I am discontinuing my hormone therapy for now and counting today as day 1 of my next cycle. I have Bern trying to put done more thought into my workout schedule. I need to balance house work and working out more.
