Ok, last weekend was hell. Sooooo many temptations and I was weak. I actually gained 2 lbs back. Baddd Me, it sucks being weak. I am giving up for now on trying to follow the plan to the T. It is just too hard during the holidays. I will do my best not to eat the bad things, but I don't want to beat myself up over eating something christmassy and good. So, after the first of the year I am going back to 24 hr fitness, the doctor said it was ok now, just to take it easy on my shoulder. Then I will adhere to the diet like I am supposed to.
