probably just a fluke. stepped on the scale first thing this morning. it's gotta be wrong!!
130.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nah, I bet it's not wrong- that's great! You just found the formula that works best for you. Congrats and keep at it!

This is a formula that I would not recommend, stress! For the first time stress has not made me want to eat but to only eat enough to keep me going!
