I don't know why I weigh myself everyday. If I maintain my eating habits strictly then I CAN lose weight everyday but lately I have been a bit lax. I mean I let myself go on the weekends. Like last Sunday. I ate at a restaurant and then pizza. If I stayed strict I could have lost more weight. It'll come off though.

Today's walk;

8.96 miles
285.5 lb Lost so far: 49.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week
