Right on!! I got on the scale after my walk this morning and was delighted to see a 3 lb weight loss. I think I will have no problem in making my goal.

Today's walk;

8.25 miles
286.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 5.3 lb a week
