Ok I think my plan for today is to go back and fourth between an hour of cleaning and half an hour on the elliptical. I also want to note that I actually did expect the scale to rise today. I had lose about a pound a day for 3 days straight which is to fast so I figured it would show back up today. I was careless yesterday because out seemed like I could lose weight without effort. It always takes effort. If I had lose the whole pound it would have put me very close to my first mini goal of 190, my first 10lbs. My energy seems low so far today but we week see what we can do about that.
