Ugh. I didn't do so well yesterday. I was careless with my calories, and I missed my cardio. Spent the day cleaning, then our shows came on. Since I didn't have time for the elliptical I brought my may and weights down and did what I could. I had salty popcorn before bed so in sure part of that is retained water. Stunk hurts to see it on the scale.
192.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 52.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
