I couldn't believe it when I got on the scale this morning!!! Holy cow!

Sweeet!

Too bad it won't last

180.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb. Still to go: 25.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 7.0 lb a week
