Well I took a break, I just got on the wrong track and stayed ther for a while. I have only gained 2 lb. Monday morning after the superbowl and I am feeling good and back on track! So far so good. HAVE A GREAT DAY ALL!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
