This was probably from not eating very much after surgery last week. No way to exercise for a few weeks so I'm going to try to keep this weight off just by diet. It may creep back. Hope not though!
Superbowl yesterday, so ate too many high fat items.
225.3 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
