Yay! I'm melting! I sorta took yesterday off. I did get my cardio in late last night with 30 min on the elliptical. I had popcorn with the kids while we watched a movie, and put too many calories on my salad at lunch. for now on its one or the other , sunflower seeds or Almonds, but not both. that boosted my calories up to almost 500 for that meal.
oh and for the record, my original weigh in yesterday was 192.4 but i reweighed a bit later at 193.4 so I thought my scale messed up again. but judging by todays weight i think it was accurate after all.
