Finally a downward trend, lol. Making progress now that I'm feeling better. made the gym all 5 days this week and averaging about 15k steps a day. have a great weekend everyone.
221.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week
