Hi everyone!

I'm a long time FS member, and have just started logging again.

I'm a full time artist, and my home consists of an awesome husband, and two rescues..a gorgeous American Bulldog (Winston), Border Collie (Scrat).

Diet/Lifestyle-
Vegan/Vegetarian for 20 years, following Mediterranean diet

Exercise:
Kickboxing, Pilates, Zumba, Barre, cardio, resistance, kettle bell

My goal is to continue my healthy way of eating. I choose the vegetarian/vegan lifestyle because I believe it is the healthiest WOE for me, and also for my personal ethical reasons. It's also a smart choice for my husband, as he has type 2 diabetes. You will see lots of veggies and fruits on my food log. I'm probably one of the few here who is not keto/low carb. I do avoid processed carbs, but I definitely do not avoid carbs in veggies or fruits.

I love FS for logging my foods and exercise, and will still be here even after I reach goal.

Always wise to avoid the arg, ugh, and oh s##t moments...whole, healthy foods and regular exercise are the way to go. CICO has been working great for me.
