Was amazed to see a drop this morning. Yesterday I had lunch at an Asian buffet and while not eating any starches, there were sauces on things like the chicken and broccoli. Had thought the salt alone in these dishes would up my weight. I felt I did rather well though in that I quit eating once I felt full, and while I felt a bit over-fed by the time I left, it was not the "stuffed till you waddle" feeling of the past. The time has come to go to a buffet just for the variety, and not the volume. Supper, since I was not "starving", was just some baked spaghetti squash with a dollop of French Onion dip. May sound gross, but the dip livens up the squash with very minimal effort. I am all for quick and easy!
228.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 68.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
