Still losing - amazing. I've always wanted to be vegetarian, and never thought I could, being gluten-free and all. But I've done well, and I feel awesome. I start Phase Two on the 14th, and when I do, I'm not sure I'll add meat back in. Not sure.
247.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
