Ate too much: almonds 50 (not 5), 1.5 dinner yougurt
did not exercise
therefore wt gain

need veggie breakfast
daily exercise
fewer almonds and control dinner to small amount
187.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
