I am really wanting to get down into the 260's ASAP but I am just impatient. I know the weight will come off if I just do what I did before.
I have to eat a few more calories though as I felt weak as I was doing my walk today. That's ok though.


Today's walk;

9.14 miles
289.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week
