Well, I am back from a 10 day vacation and have gained weight - what a surprise...not!

Am not at all upset as I knew what was going to happen, and did not even try to limit my carbs or salt intake. Of course, now it is time to get back on track, which I will take one day at a time. The "water weight" will drop off quickly, and I really do not believe there will be too much lingering "fat weight" after a couple of weeks.

Am happy for now. Really enjoyed my vacation experience and have returned refreshed and renewed.
235.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 75.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It should come off fast when you return to your program. I don't know about anyone else, but just a plane flight can cause my weight to go up.

Yep, the travel is a tricky one. I think I gained close to 8 lbs when we went to Hawaii in August. I lost it all within about 2-3 weeks and 2 lbs to boot. You got this.

Vacations are super hard! Who wants to eat healthy on vacation :) I'm sure it will come right back off :)
