I'm on week two of couch to 5k and doing Jamie Eason's 12 week weight lifting program. I put define classes on hold for two months since I may be traveling for work soon. Here's to hoping there's gyms in the hotels in Mexico and Dubai. If not, I will bring my resistance bands to get a small work out in the hotel. hehe
Here's my challenge: Learn to eat healthy during travel and maintain a workout routine. I've seem to master finding balance in eating and working out when I become a hermit but I need to learn to find balance when out with friends and during travel. Doing a trampoline work out tonight and Jamie Eason's weight training.
