Day Four of Phase One - I cracked a little last night - had a fast food bean tostada. I stopped when I felt full, though, and threw the rest away. And I'm not going to let it stop me today, which is something I would ordinarily do. So, learning experience!

Also, I lost 5 pounds. Which is nothing short of amazing. But I don't want to dwell on the number, whether it's good or bad. Just going to keep moving.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It does seem fast, doesn't it?? I started on the 6th, so 6, 7, 8, 9, and today is the 10th - yep, I'm on day 5 now! I'm thinking about staying on the first phase for a couple more days.
