can't believe i got down under 150! I'm getting there slowly but surely. the best thing for my weight loss is cardio exercise!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week

I saw your journal update. Congratulations! I was wondering what helped you get off that plateau? I am having this problem more and more...the close I get to my goal. I also struggle with time. I have three young children that I homeschool and a husband that travels a lot...leaving me without access to a gym most times. So what cardio have you found helpful?
