up a couple of pounds..i think its cause i been hungryier from changing the program i switched to..just have to keep closer track of what i eat...no biggie...
338.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

don't worry... w/ all the toning you've been doing, I'd say it was muscle weight! you count calories like it ain't nobody's business, so I know you haven't eaten too much!

my calorie intake is up to like 1200-1300 some days ..higher then it use to be...but i will start watchin that more now...an get it back down to around 1000-1100...or less on some days...
