Ate well, under 1600 cal. Special K breakfast, Panera Tai chopped chicken salad and chicken noodle soup, Subway veggie delight 12" sub, 4 servings baby carrots, 2 apples, tangerine, 3 pretzel rods. Lifted weights.
276.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 71.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
