Still losing, which is a good sign. Even without being able to do my workouts as often as I would like, I'm still losing weight which is just baffling me because I have tried to lose weight before while working out like a mad woman, despite the pain (back when I could still go to the gym) and nothing worked. It is obvious that I was trying all the wrong eating plans in the past. I am falling in love with the low carb lifestyle for sure.
269.5 lb Lost so far: 15.3 lb.    Still to go: 129.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Protein builds muscle and helps us lose fat better than any other food group. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn at rest (hence why men lose faster than women). So the combination of higher protein and exercise is working for you. Great job!

your doing great. Sorry I was MIA for a week, but working like crazy. Had 1 day off all week. Actually a little nervous for my weigh in on Monday.... I think your doing fantastic. Keep it going. June
