too much bread, cheese, yogurt
also ate large pancake and chocolate several times
ate too much and while watching TV
did not exercise each day

therefore wt gain
188.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
